Staying with Ann

I met Ann 28 years ago when she was still living in Melbourne. She remembers Nic as a cute little fellow with blonde hair.

Ann and I went to her fave pizza restaurant for dinner. You can choose the type of flour for the base, and we chose Kamut but forgot to tell the waiter!! Too busy chatting!!

 so the Kamut was Kaput!!

Ann moved to Verona at about the same time I started working at Cradle Mountain. She has created an interesting life for herself, wearing many hats!! She translates and interprets Chinese, Italian and English. She teaches English and job shares an accountancy position. She misses Australia yet loves her life in Italy. So much history, so much art, so much to do!!

At seven every morning and eight in the evening the nearby church bells toll. Just lovely.

Ann is such a good gardener, a motorbike grew in her front yard, overnight!!
