Racisce green grocery

tbc ❣️❣️  As I find more found I will add to these photos

after a couple of weeks living like a local, I realise food is growing everywhere. Most homes will have a herb garden and some veggies growing in their yard. The surrounding slopes were once covered in grape vines, now they are replaced with olive trees. Other trees. And herbs seem to grow wild, being very opportunistic with where they grow. The master of these is the wild fig, you can always count on seeing a wild fig growing in a derilict dwelling. Here are some of the food sources available to all.

So every day I go for a walk or two, I can always find something to snack on. I expect that that is probably the case all year round.
